Loadmaster constructs custom-designed boat trailers to fit even the largest of saltwater boats. Unlike companies that use pre-galvanized parts, our frames are fabbed and MIG-welded in-house, then hot-dip galvanized after welding so the entire frame and parts are completely protected.
Steel is much stronger than bolted aluminum I-beam. Because we use only C-Channel steel, there's no internal rusting like tube steel, and no fighting a lightweight trailer that 'floats' while you load. Every cross-member is MIG-welded to the frame, not bolted.
All of our trailers are hot-dip galvanized after the manufacturing process to protect against harsh saltwater conditions. As an added bonus, galvanizing comes with a five-year warranty.
We analyze your boat, adhere to the manufacturer's specifications, and work with you one-on-one — from framework to specialized bunking — so your boat is easy to transport, load and launch, and protected during the process.

Submersible, quick-activating brakes legal in all 50 states and Canada. Work in forward and reverse with your foot brake.
Specially-treated lumber bunks, routed at edges and covered with marine grade carpet. Set specifically for your boat's hull.
Step up and secure your boat without slipping. Structural steel, painted or galvanized to match.
Epoxy primer, polyurethane paint, clear-coat and hand-painted pinstripes. Or hot-dip galvanized for saltwater.
Axles set to your boat's center of gravity. Sizes: 3,500 lb., 6,000 lb., 7,000 lb., and 8,000 lb.
All lights are LED and fully protected, even underwater. Includes all marker lights.
